Semiconductor Chip Manufacturing Workers Injured by Solvents may have Legal Claims

If you were a pregnant woman (or exposed prior to childbearing), or a man who worked in a clean room in a computer or semiconductor chip plant and used or were exposed to solvents such as photoresist, gases or metals including arsenic or other hazardous chemicals and you have a child born with certain birth defects (or had a miscarriage) you and your child may have legal rights against the manufacturer of these solvents as well as against your employer.

We encourage you to contact us if your child has experienced certain health problems associated with toxins used in computer chip manufacturing such as central nervous system or neural tube defects, including spina bifida or hydrocephalus or fluid in the brian; other birth defects such as cleft lip and cleft palate; or certain types of cardiac and digestive organ defects such hypoplastic or underdeveloped heart.

An attorney will write back or call to discuss your legal options. If your need immediate attention please, call 1-800-632-8400.
